GRANITE STATE MARATHON

Full Marathon: Five laps of 5.08 miles, plus .8 miles at start
Three laps of 4.1 miles, plus .8 miles at start
The Granite State Race will be run along the very scenic Nashua River in Nashua, New Hampshire. The race will start and finish at Mine Falls Park, 24 Stadium Drive, Nashua, NH 03062 (42.746994, -71.505075) circular parking lot. Athletes will run clockwise and back to the circular parking. There will be a short out and back of before the laps. We will be set up about 5am for registration and to pick up bags and numbers. There will be one aid station at Start/Finish line and a second aid station at the half-way point.
Each runner will recieve a finishers medal upon completion.

Driving Directions to Host Hotel: From the Pine Tree Marathon on Monday, take I-295 right by the Pine Tree Course until it intersects with I-95. Take I-95 south out of Maine to I-495 West (you will be in Massachussetts) until it intersects with US 3. Take US 3 North to Nashua, NH for the next race Host Hotel. Take Exit 4 from Hwy 3, go left at bottom of ramp. Go 2 blocks (2 lights) then take a right onto Harris Road. Harris Road forks off to the left, but continue straight onto Northeastern Blvd. Go past the McDonald's. Continue 1/4 mile to 2nd building on the right (Holiday Inn).
Directions to the race from the hotel: The race is at Mine Falls Park. Turn right out of the motel onto Northeastern Blvd. Go about one mile to Hwy 111A (Main Dunstable Road). Turn right and go 1/4 mile to Hwy 111, then turn left. Go another 1/4 mile and turn right onto Riverside Street. Take the first left onto Stadium Drive. The race is 2 blocks away at the entrance to the park.There is a large parking lot near the entrance.
Driving Instructions from the Pine Tree Marathon to the Granite State Marathon: From the Pine Tree Marathon on Monday, take I-295 South right by the Pine Tree Course until it intersects with I-95. Take I-95 south out of Maine to I-495 west (you will be in Massachussetts) until it intersects with US 3. Take US 3 North to Nashua, NH for the next race (see suggested motels). Exit US 3 at Exit#5W. At the base of the exit ramp, you will be going West. Go West .4 miles and take a right at Riverside Street. Then take a left onto Stadium Drive and another right into the the circular parking lot (see map). There is a much larger parking lot nearby. This is Mine Falls Park. This marathon is about 100 miles from the Pine Tree Marathon.
